General conditions and discharge of responsibility

1.    My participation in this exit is with my own risks and dangers.

2.    Kresk racing is not responsible for the damages to material or persons caused by the others pilots.

3.    I thus give up to prosecute Kresk racing in justice for any damage which could arrive to me during the use of the track.

4.    Kresk racing does not offer any guarantee for the state of the track or the additional installations.

5.    Each participant must behave so as not to put the other track users in danger. In particular, it should be taken in account that vehicles of different power and classes run at the same time on the track.

6.    The goal is to have fun and not to ruin its beautiful toy: thus at the sight of the blue flag, one lets the faster pilot pass and one does not close the door in the turn.

7.    The indications of the track’s marshals are always to be respected.

8.    The pilots under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed on the track.

9.    The vehicle must be in good operating condition. In particular the brakes, the tires, the coolant circuit, the possible leaks, will carefully be checked at the time of the vehicle inspection.

10. It is imperative to purge the antifreeze (fatty and dangerous liquid in the event of fall) of the coolant circuit.

11. The mirrors, the headlights, indicators and other parts of glass must be dismounted or fixed.

12. The start numbers must be quite visible on the front and the side of the bike, which one can see from the box during the passage of the finishing line.

13. Obligatory equipment of the pilot: leather suit, boots, gloves, helmet in good condition. Back protection strongly recommended.
